You will receive regular and honest feedback about your performance and to support your development. We all need help occasionally to identify successes and development areas, and to reflect on how we can improve. You will be encouraged to provide meaningful feedback to your colleagues and to seek and act on feedback on your own performance.

In addition, as part of Our Deal Linklaters has committed to everyone in the firm having a career conversation at least once per year. This conversation is different from your annual appraisal or performance review and focuses on development opportunities, progression and prospective promotion, ensuring that everyone is aware of expectations and the opportunities that are available to them.

Secondments
